How do I place an order?

Click a category name from the index at
left, or choose a brand, or use search to find an item.

When you see an item you want to buy, click
on the [Add to Cart] button. This places the toy in an electronic shopping
cart.

After you've finished shopping, click on
[Checkout] while viewing your cart.

In Checkout, we will ask you for your name,
billing address, credit card number and shipping address.

Next, you're shown the total amount of your
order, including sales tax (PA residents only) and shipping charges. If the
information is correct, click [Submit Order] to have your credit information
authorized. If any of the information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust
information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.

A page appears that confirms your order and
gives you an order number that you can use if you need to contact us.
Order Confirmations
euroToyShop order confirmations are sent to you automatically via e-mail. You
should receive your confirmation within a few hours of placing your order.
Payment Options
euroToyShop only accepts orders that are processed online using a credit card.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Please be assured that all customer
information is kept private by euroToyShop and euroSource LLC.
Is my credit card safe?
Yes! In fact, statistically it is safer to use your credit card over the
Internet than in a restaurant or department store. euroToyShop's web servers
use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that disguises data
sent from your computer to ours. Your private data cannot be read during
transmission.
When is my credit card charged for an order?
Credit cards are not charged until your items are shipped from our warehouse.
Will I be charged sales tax?
State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise
to states where we have offices. The euroSource LLC main office and warehouse
operations are in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; we are, therefore, required to
collect sales taxes on orders shipped to locations in the state of
Pennsylvania.
General merchandise return policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item for
any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding shipping charges. The item must be in the original carton and in new
condition. Please call or email your request for a return authorization before
returning your package.
Changes or cancellations
euroToyShop tries to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. If
you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon
as possible after placing your order. We will do everything we can to meet your
request.
Product
Availability
euroToyShop carries inventory for many
products we sell. If you see "This product available for immediate shipment" on
the product page, we have it available in our warehouse. When we accept your
order for out of stock products, we will notify you via e-mail that it is
backordered and try to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will be given
the option to cancel the order.
