Place of Manufacture

For the most part, the European brands we carry are manufactured in Europe. But, in the last several years, some European toy brands moved their manufacturing from Europe to China to reduce manufacturing costs and stay competitive in the world market. We have chosen to carry these toys that are from a European source, but manufactured in China because they are unique and have excellent quality and track records. And when we have made that choice, it is because the brand has the proper controls in place to utilize Chinese manufacturing safely.

Regardless of place of manufacture, all toys we sell meet USA and European standards for safety.

All of our toy listings show the country of manufacture just below the description. Also, if you hover your mouse over the thumbnail image in category listings, the country of manufacture is displayed in a "tool tip".

Made in Germany

The European country that supplies the most toys to euroToyShop.com is Germany. Some German manufacturers have started to use the seal shown here to mark the items that are manufactured in German factories. You may see this seal on some toy packages.
