Siku began in 1921. Richard Sieper built a
foundry in Lüdenscheid on which basis the company operates today. In 1950 the
brand name SIKU, an abbreviated name for Sieper Kunststoffe was created and registered.
Today, SIKU's die cast toy range offers over 230 models - plus more
than 100 models with special international prints and colors for the export market. | |
Siku is a casualty of the CPSIA regulations in the USA. Siku toys are no longer available, but some final inventory may exist. |
